I want to give a big “WELCOME TO FRISBIE!” to our incoming 6th grade students/parents and a “WELCOME BACK!” to our 7th and 8th grade students/parents!  I am very excited to kick-off the 2019-2020 school year.

This year, Frisbie Middle School will implementing Leader in Me and we are very excited the be the very first public middle school in the Inland Empire.  Throughout the year, we will be offering multiple parent workshops including some on 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families.

In addition, we are working to integrate STEAM activities throughout the different subject areas.  Several teachers were trained on MESA (Math, Engineering, and Science achievement) through the University of California, Riverside (UCR) which involves several hands-on projects and competitions throughout Southern California.

The 2019-2020 school year has arrived and I am privileged to have the opportunity to serve as Frisbie’s Principal.  I am honored to work with our students, staff and parents.  I am looking forward to meeting all of you and working in partnership to ensure a successful school year for your children and the community.

Our goal at Frisbie is to provide each student a safe, secure learning environment that is rigorous, effective, and engaging.  There will be some strategic changes over the next couple years to enhance the previous items as well as increase school pride, student leadership and parent engagement.   Our staff is committed to helping each child grow, academically, socially and emotionally.

We invite you to become an active participant in our school community by volunteering, attending English Language Advisory Committee meetings, School Site Council meetings, Coffee with the Principal meetings and other school events.

Again, “Welcome Back” and I look forward seeing our Frisbie Falcons “Soar To Excellence”!
